    This renewed Ibizan traditional house is a charming villa located in the gorgeous village of San Agustín. Probably one of the nicest and best preserved villages of Ibiza. This antique farmhouse, surrounded by vegetable and fruit gardens, has been renewed and adapted to the modern living, but maintaining its original spirit. Its spacious interiors offer two living areas with high ceilings made of the traditional and undestructible juniper wood beams. Its thick white walls ensure the temperature inside is always maintained, warm in winter and cool in the summer months.

    The house offers three different dinning areas outside. A covered porch in the front of the house offers a cozier atmosphere while in the central patio, leading to the guests room, we find a large round table right in front of the barbecue. The third option for open air dinning is found by the pool.

    In the large fenced plot surrounding the house we find a wide variety of local fruit trees and Mediterranean plants in a nicely kept garden crossed by traditional stone paths that lead to different parts of the property. The pool is located a little higher, offering views to the village of San Agustín and down to the sea overlooking the green and red Ibizan countryside. In there we find a covered area with a summer dining table, as well as sunbeds and umbrellas, and a stone waterfall.

    The house is a perfect choice for families looking for tranquility and space, willing to experience the real Ibiza and its essence.

    • Large kitchen with lots of working space that preserved traditional elements of the house like an antique fire stove and a wood oven, it is fully equipped and has an additional electric oven
    • Dinning room connected to the kitchen offering an exit to the porch and its rustic dinning table
    • TV lounge room with large flat screen and DVD

    Area

    The villa is located in the village of San Agustí des Vedra. The village sets hig on the road between San José and San Antonio. A 5 minutes drive will take you to both of them and all its services. From the house, a pleasant 2 minutes walk will take us to the center of the village. In there we find several restaurants and bars of differente categories. From San Agustín we can easily reach some of the most beautiful beaches of Ibiza such as Cala Conte, Cala Bassa or Cala Salada (all of them 10 to 15 minutes away by car).
