Location

The house is located on the road from Ibiza town to Sant Joan, in the area of San Lorenzo. It is one of the best preserved areas on the island, where we find several "agroturismos" such as Atzaró. The Polo Club is found right in front of the property.

With the end of the brand new Sant Joan road (200 meter from the villa), the access to Ibiza town, the port and the main services of the island takes just 15 minutes. Getting to the airport will take us just 10 miutes more.
